Brothers Grimm

    This copy of Brothers Grimm I bought copied fine onto hd, I guess, but when DVD2OneX tried to compress it, it gave the following error and quit:

    Alert
    The logical block number does not match with the actual position in the file.
    Make sure you copy all files from the DVD to HD in file mode.

    Any ideas?

    try mac the ripper 3.0, it works on the newer dvd issues.i was hoping to get this movie in the next couple days, if you hang tight i'll try mtr3.0 myself and report back.

    what does that even mean?

    you can still download 2.6.6 if that's what you mean

    Right. I meant that I didn't save the older version when I installed the newer one (3.0.) I should have. I realize I can simply download the older version again. Anyone have any luck using DVDRemaster on this one?

    mtr 3.0 r-12 doesn't seem to like the brothers grimm; 3.0 r-11 is working just fine....for
    some reason, r-11 does a much better job with many ARccOS movies....by the way, it was
    "main feature ARccOS" that worked with The Brothers Grimm.....dvd2onex had no problem
    with the ripped file.

    The following worked fine on my copy of The Brothers Grimm:

    MTR 2.6.6
    DTOX 1.4.2
