When creating the DVD in sizzle from an OSex M2V file of a letterbox 16:9 movie how do you ensure the video will be displayed on a 4:3 TV the same way as the original DVD?

(most movies are letterbox, what settings to use to ensure the same result when sizzle makes the final disk?)

My first attemps have made a widescreen image fill the whole height of the TV with the widescreen part not showing or compressed so the image is distorted.
