Converting PAL to NTSC using NERO???

    Hi, I am trying to convert a DUAL LAYER PAL format DVD to NTSC format. I have NeroVision Express 3, and I have been told this can be done? I have ripped the DVD using DVDFab Decrypter, and that works fine, but I can't see how to make it into NTSC? Any other good programs for this? Thanks!

    If you import the VOB files into Nero Vision you can then transcode them to NTSC and output them onto the hard drive. You would do this through making a DVD-Video project.
