ut2k4 transfering the cds to dvd for install

I saw in a news group a guy said he transferred his cds to one dvd to make install easier. (so I don't need to sit there the whole time I am installing)

I was wondering how I would go about doing this. I don't think it would be as easy as just putting all the files from the CDs onto one DVD would it? I say that because something tells the install to look for disc 2, 3, 4, 5, then the play disc.

It would be a nice way to keep a back up of the game.

 

Does no one know how to do this?

 

Is this something you all expect me to already know how to do?
