I was wondering if anyone knows if you can convert a PAL dvd to NTSC on a mac? I was told that there is software for the PC to do this.
I have been successful in converting PAL format .avi files to NTSC with Toast 7. Drop your files into the Toast window under DVD Video and when you click record it will tell you that you have a PAL source and NTSC is your standard. Tell it to convert and after it encodes it should be NTSC. Hope this helps.
