another problem-dvd shrink

    My dvd shrink will not load a dvd when i click re-author. I have to go to full disk and then wait a while (at least a minute) and then click open files and sometimes it shows no disk and other times it will open or I might have to go to explorer and open the d drive there and for some reason then the files appear under open disk.
    Is this a dvd shrink problem or does it go along with my continuing problem in other threads with my benq burner and Roxio installed as well as nero.

    DVD Shrink is no longer being updated so it can't handle newer movies, you will need another program such as DVDFab Decrypter or AnyDVD to get the movie files onto your HDD to use with DVD Shrink.

    As for Roxio and the other programs you mentioned...either get rid of everything but Roxio and use only it, or get rid of Roxio and you will be able to use everything else. Roxio is a terrible program that causes conflicts with so many programs that it is really not worth having.
