I downloaded a couple of mpeg 4 files, but for some reason these are only giving me audio. First time i have ever experienced this problem. The file info says: Dimensions 512x 288, codecs h.264, AAC. Channel count 2 Can anyone tell me what I've got here? QT plays only audio, VLC just quits, and Real Player just audion.
I'm guessing you've downloaded a video with the extension of MP4? Strange that QT won't play the video since it supports it. Not sure VLC or Real Player supports h.264 with that extension. Thanks for the advice, i solved the problem by updating my VLC software, and it played fine. Thx again.
