My Starview box keeps going down every couple of days. What do I need to do to stop this happening. And can anyone explain what a splitter is and where I can get one from, and will this stop it from happening.

i was thinking that. i got 1 for my mum. 4.50 amd it works. mines a clone but it came with 4.00. i was wondering if the clone can take this 4.5??? any1 know??
