I am new to making backups of my dvds and I am using DVD Shring 3.2 and Nero 7. I get all the way to the end of backing the DVD up and i get an Illegal disc error.... here is my log - Please help... Try some 'Verbatim' instead of the Prodisc to see if that helps. Check that DMA is on for the burner. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/3/260038
Right Click on the Secondary and 'Uninstall', then reboot. The drivers will be reinstalled, then recheck the settings.
Booting into the Bios setup and verifying that the IDE controllers are set 'Automatic' is all I can think of.
