Digivox Help

Hi people, I just recieved my Digivox today and Im looking for some help please.

I have connected it all up etc and after the initial "search" / "scan" for channnels I am a little confused.

My box pics up all the channels provided by my supplier but its saying alot of them are scramblded etc even the one's that I should recieve for free like E4 etc but I am recieving some channels that I'd have to pay for like Sci-fi & Celtic TV lol.

I've tried scanning under different cable suppliers but to no avail, the little $ symbol is still beside over half of the channels.

If anyone could help me I would be most greatfull.

I live in Edinburgh,

my box details are:

Digivox
S/W version = V02-2.6000BK
Boot version = 1
Date = January 1 2007

and my cable provider is Telewest or Virgin Media as they arenow known.
