I need a new TV..

Ok here goes, im a complete noob in Tvs, i have a budget of 1100$ for a new TV. I want a TV that can allow me to play PS3/Wii in 1080 (display, i know its better picture but im not sure what it means) and i was wondering if anyone has any suggestions, btw i live in Canada, im most likely going to have to buy it at Futureshop/Bestbuy (even though i hate them), so if anyone has any suggestions on what TV i should buy, and where i should buy it (i live in Toronto area), if anyone has any good deals in my area please tell me.

Sharp LC-32D62U AQUOS 32 inch 1080p should be a good choice, but if you want it for gaming, you can get a bigger one.
