I have a MAC OSX v.10.4.1.

and i have a bunch of movies that i've gotten through bittorent

im just trying to figure out a way to put those files onto a blank DVD+R


freeware would be appreciated...

Your BitTorrent movies are probably in AVI, MP4, XVID, etc. formats. For a free route:

1. Use MPEG Streamclip to convert to a VIDEO_TS folder.

2. Use DVD Imager to create a disk image (e.g. an IMG file).

3. Burn the disc image with Mac OS X's Disk Utility.

(Don't forget to install Perian!)

If you want to burn movies to a DVD-R then put create a burn folder, drag the movies into it, and burn.

If you want to convert a movie to a DVD then use something like Toast.

alas it be IDVD, on my old laptop it worked quite well:D

since you used bittorent for the movies why not use it for........
