   when i try to make a dvd i get message dvd santa has encountered a problem and needs too shut down. i dont touch it or try opening any other programs.ifthis is the best dvd santa can do i wasted the money it cost me. please help

   have you tryed a clean reinstall?
   
   or try better software theres freeware options or pay programs read this thread
