speed and media question

    First this site is awesome. I had problems last night and now everthing works perfect. thanks to those who helped.
    My next question is about memory, and about media. I want to know if I increase my ram to 512 if it will spped things up. also I want to know if i buy better quality media at 4x instead of 2.4x will my 4x burner go faster, and will video quality increase? I am thinking spedd will increase but will playback quality to?

    Well Increaseing the Ram will speed some things up a Little but not a Lot...If you have a 4X Burner and use 4X Media Of cource it will Burn Faster than 2.4X Media but it has No effect on Video Quality.....
