   hey i was wondering if the 1080i or 1080p on a Philips Dvd player really matters if i am playing Divx DVDs. Well, does the dvd player improve/have a upconverion on the quality of an .avi/divx dvd? Also what's better a 1080i or 1080p or an hd dvd player?
