Ntl missing

    My dad has a starveiw ver.400e_e ,boot 7.0 ,June 07 the Ntl is now gone missing in nagravision when I try to type it in it won't save it or the codes .I have done a factor reset and now when the box sets it ask for the language every time .Any answer please thanks .
