It needs no encoding unless you enable Force Re-encoding For Filters.
You're better off using DVD Shrink and doing just the main movie. It needs no compression.

    Did you set any filters?
What you have already fits on a DVD-5. What is it that you want Rebuilder to do?
    Here's one!
Try doing a movie that requires compression.

Have you been doing this for long? DVD-RB is meant to take a movie that is larger (maybe a type 9) than a DVD type five, and squeeze it on to a recordable type 5 DVD disc. If you're just trying to burn a type 5 one to one then all that you need is to rip it, decrypt it, and burn it.

its all ready compressed. I have bin using this program for a good year and it has always worked for me. But for some reason it is not anymore.

I use it because if i just burn the DVD to a disk in certain parts it will freeze and certain DVD players it will not work but if i throw it through DVD rebuilder. it uses the encoders (pros encoder) esadera. and it fixes all the frames then after its all done i have an ISO copy that will work every where.

Have you tried a different DVD to see if it will work?

Could you copy and paste the contents of your INI file? It's in the same folder as RB. It will say "rebuilder configuration."

When you updated Rebuilder, did you make sure the path to Procoder is configured correctly. If you're concerned about your files playing correctly, just run your files through FixVTS or better yet VobBlanker.
Instead of transcoding your DVD and then going over it with an encoder, why not rip the DVD and run the uncompressed files through Rebuilder? The quality will be better.

Another user is having the same problem on another forum. The author of DVD Rebuilder states:

Whether you are using an illegal or legal copy (hopefully legal since without funds jdobbs will not be able to continue with updates)a posting of your INI file setup could reveal what is causing your issues.

You can also review this thread that although no aging and behind current updates still contains numerous posts of possible fixes. It is however quite lengthy and perhaps more pages than one would want to go through.
