What exactly is Needed?

OK...I am reading through this forum and there is a lot of complications for me to understand so I am going to ask a simple question seeking a simple easy to understand answer.
I have Blue-Ray DVD's. I want to make backup copies of them just like the original. What exactly do I need to accomplish this?
