eurovox max v frozen

    Hi lads i have a prob with the eurovox max v hope you can help i have had the new fix and software on the box for a while and all working fine till last night when the screen just flashed cannot find signal and is still there all channels the same,should i reload software and fix or do you know if it could be something else
