starview lost movie channels and sports channels.but sometimes come on and off whats happening dose anyone out there no if so your help would be very welcome

If you need to update your F/W (Firm Ware) and the nowhow to do it with Null Modem Cable its in the eko link (The Box PVR folder and Documents folder) You need version 4.506Oct. thanx ill give that a try next time. done factory reset this morning and working ok all channels back on for how long i dont no.
