    Hi folks,

Since most of the .mkv movies I download are not exactly a resolution of 1080p as they are labelled, e.g. 1920 by 1040p or 1920 by 816p. I was wondering how to re-encode the resolution to 1080p so it will play in a BD drive once converted.

For my 720p films that need this done, I simply change the resolution in ripbot264 before converting. However there is no option for 1080p in this program.

    Can anyone help please??

    Cheers

MeGUI should do it. I have never tried it before but it can re-size videos. Odin or Ryu know more about this stuff than I do.

I managed to do it so easily by simply editing the script beside the resolution drop down menu. Cheers for the help anyway folks
