    got to the download the firmware but it keeps saying waiting for a response of your receiver can anyone help.

    i went to a different computer it said the download had completed when i tried to scan the channels but couldnt get any does the cable have to be pluged in when you download the firmware

    where abouts are you and who is your provider, NOT VM, Previous to them e.g N*L TW C+W.
