Using Sony Handycam DVD

    I got a new Sony Handycam DVD. The software that comes with it to edit is only for Windows. I am confused as to how to edit together the files it creates on the Mac. Can I do it with just a iMovie or iDVD? Neither program recognizes .VOB. Should I use something like Final Cut Express instead?

    When you transfer the video shots to iMovie it automatically becomes a format that iDVD can recognize.
