transfer from itunes to ipod nano

I must be getting old. I have downloaded music from limewire and transferred it to itunes. How do i now transfer this to my ipod nano...... Help please

If you are using LW you may outgrow itunes. It is OK for small libaries and is a must if you are computer challanged. Try googling Media Monkey. That has much better syncing options. You can make play lists and you sync the play lists. After you sync your ipod with itunes, itunes will become possessive and will kill your ipod if you use any other syncing software. You might think about that before you try syncing with itunes.
