Can any1 plz help??? we recently had r box reprogrammed 2 automatically pick up the new codes, wivout havin 2 search 4 them & enter them onto the box!! then we started loosin a few channels, so i power scanned the box & hav now lost al the channels?? the box turns itself off then bak on, then flashin letters appear on the box (PEAA)??? is the box fixable or is it knackerd?? PLZ help as my husband is annoyed wiv me?? i dont no if i'v got the brains or patience 2 fix it but i'm willin 2 hav a go!! the bloke tried reprogrammin the box but it kept on turnin off half way thru?? also sum1 has suggested i delete al channels then restore it bak 2 factory settings??? but i hav'nt touched it yet as i dont want 2 do anymore damage??? thanx
The best thing you can do is a factory reset. Then update (Flash) it and then do a power scan that should work. If that doesn't work it might be dead but tell me if it didn't and ill look in to it.
hi jay thanx 4 ur message!! i deleted the channels then dun a factory restore settings, dun a power scan everyfin seem 2 hav gon thru ok, but cumin up wiv channel unavailable?? the letters PEAA KEEP FLASHIN UP ON THE BOX AFTER IT HAS SCANNED?? iv got a jtag on order frm ebay do u fink this will help?? regards jaz
