i just bought a eurovox EX5000 and received it today ive set up a eurovox MAX Before had no problems but its not working this time when i try its not finding any channels and i dont know much about these System information is:- Model - DVB-XC EX5000 TDA S/W Ver - 1.0 ST4 Jul 04 2008 H/W Ver - 2.0t K5 +D Bootstrap - v001 S/W Build - Kuro I Use N*l And Was Getting the free channels before i connected it up on my n*l box Also I Dont Have A Wire To Connect To The Pc Any Help Please ?
If you want to receive all the channels you will first need to update it as you have the free to air firmware on it. Have a look here>> http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/674371 The guide will show you what cables you need and how to Flash/Scan your box. As for connecting it to your N*L box, you need to buy a splitter, that coverts 1 feed into 2.3.4.5.6. and so on, if your connecting just your N*L box just buy one as below, Once you have the cables follow the guide, if you have any problems post them in there.
