I can't help but notice that no one has said anything about your guide, so I thought I ought' to.

Simply enough, it is FANTASTIC. Completely straightforward and very easy to follow. I'm jailbreaking my brother's new 2G as I speak, and this is the only guide I've found so far that isn't awfully convoluted and confusing, so thanks very much for that.

One question, though, in your last picture, your main menu screen (I'm new to iTouches, don't know what it's called) has a wallpaper in the background. I have a jailbroken 1G iTouch, how can I put a wallpaper on it?

To get a background, I simply downloaded a theme with Winterboard and it automatically installed the background picture.

Absolutely fantastic guide. It's a credit to you.
Now to find files etc to put onto it.

Dont be afraid to follow the guide, its really easy. I did it on my first attempt, and you wont bugger up your ipod touch.

Have a go! You will surprise yourself. :)
