Has anyone experienced this with Fastcopy 2.03. My problem: 1-I insert the DVD to be copied, they start Fast DVD copy I get an unknown error -4677 2-I launch Fast DVD Copy first, then insert DVD to be copied, nothing happens here, software does not recognize the disc eventhough the disc is mounted on the desktop. Any suggestions? I have waited 1 week so far for tech support. Does anyone have any suggestions on DVD duplicating software for OSX Panther?
I have the very same problem, with FastDVDCopy 2.1 running on eMac700 with external LG DVD burner. Earlier version used to work with test burn, now it does not... Would be grateful for any hints.
I have this reply from tech support, of course still not working, but here it is: *************************************** Hello, Please check the following and if doesn't work, please provide the model of your DVD burner. In the next version, Fast DVD Copy will recognize virtually every DVD writer available. Check on the System Preferences, CDs & DVDs tab, that the option "When you insert a video DVD:" is set to ignore. Check that the DVD player application is not open when you launch Fast DVD Copy.
