Has anyone been able to rip The Return of the King or The Last Samurai? I have tried several copies of each movie and none of them work. I have used several ripping programs like Mac the Ripper, OSeX, DVDBackup and Hades. All had problems. I sent the console info to Mac the Ripper on The Return of the King but no reply. I have ripped several other movies with no problems. These two however...... I fear a new way to stop ripping is in the works. Any suggestions?
im not sure if this applies or not but a trick that i learned off here somewhere was that certain movies mostly "dimension" "disney" and few other companys that you have to have the movie playing in the back ground to get the movie to backup. for some reason keeping them open allows the app to read the codecs or some complicated shit. so yeah just keep it playing in the background maybe at half size or so. and it should backup. \\ later SHOO3
