Compression 9GB to 4.5GB

I use PowerMac and I have a superdrive. I use these to progrma to make my DVD backup.
1.DVDBackup 1.3
2. DVD_Imager
3. Mac Utility (Disk Copy) to burn my DVD backup.
The problem is that some DVD are more then 4.5GB and I am not able to compress on DVD. Is there any freeware which I can use to compress 10GB file on 4.5GB...or any one know about SIZZLE program. Thanks for help

You need DVD2OneX or DVDRemaster to compress a DVD9
down to fit in a DVD5 but they are not free.
