29fps to 25

    can any one tell me how to do it when i convert frames from 29fps it goes in slow motion iam using besweet for audio and avifrate for the vid

    AviFrate will only change the playback rate, not the actual frame rate. To do that you will have to re-encode the entire video.

    A good program to try is virtualdub, which should convert the whole movie file to the desired framerate.
    You will have to be careful the video and audio don't go out of sinc. Under video -> framerate click change so audio and video durations match and convert to fps.
    I don't know how well this will work as I have not tried changing the framerate on any video files I have, but it should do the trick.
