Hi, I am quite new at this so my advise may not be too great. What firmware are you using. I have V1.51. Have you done the "update" on the cards menu to update the R4i3DS card? You need to be plugged in to do this. Other options I have read is to make sure the SD card is formated correctly, mine is FAT32.

Hi, sorry i can't help anymore. except try to reformt the SD card reload everything from new, As mine work fine i can only think you have a corupt file. I may be wrong but the demono.sys file is created once the card boots. This is not a file you transfer to the SD card. Try formating and reloading files extracted from the Zip/RAR file V1.51b.
