I have 20 songs in .wav format on my Hard Disk. The total time is about 93 minutes, but the actual size is 680Mb.
When I use Nero Express 5.5.9.0, it mentions that the playing time is 93min and then refuses to Burn.
Why won't it burn these files if the total size is less than 700Mb?
Would the CD still play if I burned as Data?

When burning audio CDs the total length of the songs has to be less then the total length of the disc.

A solution would be to buy some 99 minute cd-r.

    terrym,

The WAV files on your disk may be of any format (22050 Hz 8-bit mono or 11025 Hz 16-bit stereo), but CD's is fixed to 44.1 KHz 16-bit stereo. Therefore, your WAV files may be 100 MB and 93 minutes, but they will still be too large to fit on a CD.
