As what the title says, all programs will go on "not responding" state after a little while.
Yesterday the laptop is still working fine. Then I just encounter this problem randomly, while I'm browsing in the internet.
Now everytime I open the laptop all programs will not respond on desktop after 2-5mins or so.
Oh and laptop is running slow. CPU Usage is 0% to 15%.

Already tried sfc /scannow cmd command. CCleaner, Malwarebytes, Registry Editing, via "regedit", *found on google*, and Clean Boot, but still having problems.
    Help me with this problem.

It looks for problems in your comptuer and gives you the options to fix them or not.
You just download the program and choose a catagory pertaining to your problem then it will search for any problems in your system.

I downloaded it and run it and it says, " Troubleshooting cannot continue because an error has occurred. We're sorry but the program encountered an error and can not continue. Please try again later."
