I'm hoping that someone here can assist me with this. I'm working with Microsoft support and they don't know what they are doing. Especially since the kid is reading a script.

Anyway, I'm running Windows XP Professional. I purchased it and I'm the administrator. I'm the only person that uses this computer; so there is no one else signed on to it. I also use Firefox as a second browswer as well. For some reason, I cannot access certain things in the internet options. I'm talking when you go into IE7 I click on Tools/Internet Options. I get a message saying that I don't have access and to contact the administrator. I'm signed in as the administrator. I also have a hijackthis file. Can someone tell me if there is something suspicious about his file? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No I'm asking if there is something wrong in the log, and I'm wondering what to do about it.

I don't know if you have solved your problem yet, but I had the same issue, so I thought to share with you, maybe will be helpful.
I think this is the error that you were getting:
In my case, it is because Spybot, the antispyware program ,is set to do that.

I didn't see Spybot in your log, but maybe your anti-spyware/malware/virus program has some similar settings. If not, you might have your computer infected.
