sometimes you can go to google translater (click more on google.com) and then make sure it is... say german to english (just make sure its to english) then enter the URL.

I use https://proxyweb.net or https://vtunnel.com you must tipe it in exactly the same way it is a lil bit slow but it works ok.
tourch i want to let you know that these sites you have givin me has totally corrupted my schools computer.
this has been discussed many times. proxies die as quickly as they're made. you're in school to learn, not try to get around the school's computer system. either search on your own or let it drop.
