Avi to DVD-RW??

    need help on DivX to VCD have a dvd burner also but don't know how to get divX to a format able to be burned by the dvd burner and read by standalone dvd players HELP PLEASE!

    Re-encode the DivX to DVD compliant MPEG-2 format using TMPGEnc, then author the DVD disc out of the MPEG-2 you created using some authoring tool (like MyDVD, SpruceUp, etc) and finally burn the thing to DVD-R with Nero (ISO/UDF format).
