Backing Up '24' onto 2 discs - how?

    I want to back up my series of 24, but without compressing the video. I realise I'll have to split it across 2 discs, but is there any way to do this easily whilst keeping the menus?

    If not, can I easily create a simple menu to select which episode to play, and possibly a scene selction.

    I have DVDshrink & DVD Decrypter. If there are other programs better suited to dealing with episodal DVDs then please reccomend them.

    Am not sure if you can split it over 2 disks, i do know its easy to create menus in NeroVision Express but thats when converting avi to dvd
