    Hi.

I want to rip my DVDs to mpeg4 for my iPod. I have been trying to get files to rip all morning and I get "bad atom" errors when I try and watch them on quicktime. I am really getting frustrated with this.

Can anyone help me do the trick? I'm in urgency. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for your solution. I'll have a try when I go back home this evening.

I have been working with the solution you gave me and the best, fastest, and easiest way to fix the problem is this:
1)right click on the movie file
    2) go to properties
3)go down to "attributes" and click advanced
    4) under "compress and encrypt" select compress 5) Then hit apply/ok and you should be good to go....

    Thankyou for your reply.
