Best / Cheapest way to transfer VCR tape to author onto a DVD

    Hello,

    I'm inquiring on what would be the best/cheapest way to get vhs tape into my computer. I don't have a video camera and software isn't an issue as I have authoring software at work. I need the cheapest card that will take a coax or single video/audio feeds and let me save it to my computer. Thanks in advance

    Well the Cheapest way and the Best way are on two opposite sides of the spectrum...The Cheapest way you can Probably use a $20 TV Card and Capture from your VCR to your PC but the capture Software that comes with these Cheap cards isn"t very good and the Quality comeing from these Cards is Not very good and authoring software generally does not capture Video...
    Here is a Really Cheap Card on e-bay that is less than $20 and is an OK Card:
