I've always used DVD Rebuilder Pro with CCE but lately have had problems with that program reading ANYDVD rips. I can open the folders with CloneDVD so I know the folders are good... I've heard that CloneDVD isn't that great with quality so since Rebuilder is old and outdated what software does the best job?

I've used CloneDVD for years and always found the quality to be good down to about 75%, assuming you're starting with a good source. Just copy main movie for least compression. DVDShrink also works well down to about the same percentage and is free (works on W7). Any number of paid programs also will do the same, DVD Fab (free or paid, also removes copyright), etc.

When it comes to DVD's I highly recommend Hank's HCEnc, CCE, Main Concept and Nero Recode. Then again it all depends on the "source" and preference.
