bluray to mkv so confused please help.

    hi i decoded a bluray movie with anydvd hd now its sitting in a folder but i cant find a program to turn it into mkv i want it to be 5.1ch sound and about 10-14 gb max i downloaded makemkv but cant find any settings to convert im totally lost thanks for your help in advance!
