Hi, Sounds like your nero has become corrupted. And there are 2 ways of dealing with this : option 1 If you have DVD Region +css installed, run it, go to the 'audio tab' and deselect all the option boxes. reboot. or option 2 Uninstall Nero (note your serial number) by running the nero cleantool. Download the one that applies to your nero from here Do a virus and spyware scan Here's a free malware scanner, Prevx CSI, from here Reboot. Run Ccleaner to clean your registry (Use the cleaner & issues options). Download from here Reboot and install the latest update of your nero (download from here) Let us know how you got on.
