Burn 45GB to 8GB DVD? HELP!

Im downloading Avatar Extended Edition 1080p + Blu-Ray(45GB)(Not Done Downloadnig yet) and i was wonder if i can shrink it and burn it to a DVD(8GB) dual layer... My E-Machine model is W5243 and i dont know if it can burn a dual layer tho... How can I shrink a 45GB MoViE to a 8GB DVD(Dual-Layer)? All i want to know is that "Is there a software to burn it to a 8GB DVD" or it's impossible to be burned(To 8.5GB 240min DVD+R(DL) Memorex)?...


BTW i dont know where to put this thread so i just put it under "Home theater>DVD players" since it's about a "DVD" so please dont complain "were to put this thread!"
