Burning a MP3 CD with Folders using Nero or RecordNowMax

Yes, I know this topic has been covered here before but, not what I was wanting to know. I want to make a MP3 CD using Nero or RecordNowMax with subfolders on it. Also, I want the mp3 files in a random order instead of 10 songs by the same artist. Nero by default arranges the songs in alphabetical order. ( and yes I know you can add numbers to the beginning of the filename for the order you want). Everytime I go to sort> every option is greyed out cept alphabetical.lllllllllllllll
