burning/rippind dvds

    Help Please!!!! I am trying to burn dvds that Ive purchased and that are bootlegs. both times the video skips and freezes in the middle of the movie. Can anyone have mercy on me and help out. Please explain it to me like a 3 year old.

    Most likely they used poor quality movie, and with that said, you will not be able to successfully back them up.

    Have you tried ripping with DVD Decrypter first? And if yes, did it come up with any errors?

    They're probably also on cheap media besides - Like they say, "Garbage in, Garbage out."

    To help, make sure you "tick" ignore read errors under the I'O tab and use DVD Decrypter in the IFO mode when trying to see if you can isolate any corrupt files.
