i want to back up all my dvd movies....can it be done on a pioneer a03?
You certainly can. Many of us use the A03 for that.
Some very easy programs that will help you copy your DVD Movies to single DVD are:
Decrypter by itself will do the whole thing. Remove the copy protection and prepare the files for burning. COST -Free
DVD-9's require compressing.
DVDShrink will remove the copy protection, compress your movie down to the necessary 4.36GB size to fit on a single DVD-R and again prepare the files for burning. COST - Free
The last thing you need is a good burning program; most of the guys around here like Nero or CloneDVD.
One final hint - Don't scrimp on your DVD-R media. Poor media or media that's not compatible with your standalone Player seem to account for an awful lot of irritating problems -
Ooohh, by the way,
