I can't burn any type of files onto a dvd for some reason...I tried burning a movie, an image, and even just a data disc. I have used Nero, Alcohol 120%, and DVD Decrypter. The media I have used is Sony, TDK, and Imation. I was burning fine and then everything quit working. The error I get is "Failed to Reserve Track! Reason: Cannot Write Media-Incompatible Format" Cd's burn fine in the drive, but DVD's do not. I thought it was the media's fault, but now I'm thinking I might have a hardware problem-any ideas? Thanks and Happy Holidays.

Sounds like you have the wrong media type for your burner but you didn't give enough information. What make and model is your burner drive and what type media are you using(+ or -).
