for help you have to list the settings on your PC, Xbox and FlashFXP
as far as the network settings. Without those it is hard to tell if anything is off. Also are you going through a router or strait to the PC, and if a router does it have security enabled? And is yourPC an xbox set up for the same type of connection (DHCP or Static)
Find out everything by doing this on the PC
Start->Accessories->command promp. when the box comes up type "ipconfig/all" with out the quotes and it will show you all the PC info including a line that should say DHCP enabled and have a yes or no.
also read these (some of the links will not show up right so just copy and paste the HTTP address into the address bar manually and it will take you there)
