Can't Get ActiveSync Installed (any version)

    Hello-

    I just got a new phone and the CD that came with it was supposed to install ActiveSync 4.1 on my computer, however everytime I try to install it it comes up with this:

    but, I have Windows XP!!

    And so I tried to install the ActiveSync 4.5 version since I didn't know how to resolve the above problem, and it didn't seem to have any problem with my XP but it came up with this:

    Any suggestions? Please help?
